The synthetic method was studied on the $SrTiO_3$ powder of pure and homogeneous ultra fine particle of $SrTiO_3$. Pure and ultra fine particle was synthesized from $Sr(OH)_2$.$8H_2O$ and Ti(OH) at 3$0^{circ}C$~9$0^{circ}C$ in the $N_2$ gas atmosphere. |
